Easy Returns & Free Exchanges

At Safir Fashion Art, we want you to love every product you choose. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, our easy returns and exchanges process is designed to make things simple and hassle-free.

Returns Timeframe

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery by submitting your return through our Returns Portal.

Once your order has been shipped, you have an additional 14 days to return the item using the provided shipping label.

Returns & Shipping Fees

A prepaid return label is available through our portal to simplify the process. A $30 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping.
If the item you received is damaged or incorrectly shipped, this fee will not apply, and we will cover the full cost of the return.

Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., a change in size, color, or style), the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.

However, we will ship the replacement item back to you free of charge.

Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item.

If you need a replacement sooner, we recommend returning the item first for a refund, then placing a new order.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been processed.

Return Requirements

To ensure a smooth and easy return, please ensure the item meets the following requirements:

The item must be unworn, clean, and in its original condition.
The item must be free of stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet or human hair, or other signs of wear.
The item must be returned with all original tags attached, including the original packaging and any accessories.
Refund Processing
While processing times may vary depending on your payment method, we will keep you informed every step of the way, starting with an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

PayPal: Process refunds within 48 hours of approval.
Payment Cards: Process within 10–15 business days.

Important Information

Return Processing: To ensure your item is insured and tracked, all returns must be processed through our returns portal using our registered returns service.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is damaged.
Late Returns: Return notifications made after the 14-day period may not meet consumer law requirements. We ask that all requests be submitted through the returns portal within this timeframe to ensure eligibility.
Same Country Returns: Returns must be shipped from the same country your order was shipped from due to customs and shipping procedures.
Returns Review: All returns are carefully reviewed. If an item does not meet our return criteria, we may not be able to issue a refund. In such cases, a return shipping fee may apply, or store credit may be offered as an alternative, if appropriate.
Mixed Payments: If you use store credit and another payment method, such as a credit card, your refund will be split accordingly, starting with the store credit. Damaged or Defective Goods: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your item is damaged or defective so we can assist you promptly.

Compliance:

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. For customers outside the UK, we apply the same standards and follow best practice for international returns and exchanges.
