At Safir Fashion Art, we want you to love every product you choose. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, our easy returns and exchanges process is designed to make things simple and hassle-free.

Returns Timeframe

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery by submitting your return through our Returns Portal.

Once your order has been shipped, you have an additional 14 days to return the item using the provided shipping label.

Returns & Shipping Fees

A prepaid return label is available through our portal to simplify the process. A $30 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping.
If the item you received is damaged or incorrectly shipped, this fee will not apply, and we will cover the full cost of the return.

Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., a change in size, color, or style), the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.

However, we will ship the replacement item back to you free of charge.

Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item.

If you need a replacement sooner, we recommend returning the item first for a refund, then placing a new order.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been processed.

Return Requirements

The item must be returned with all original tags attached, including the original packaging and any accessories.

Payment Cards: Process within 10–15 business days.
